No votes yet

Here we'll address many common problems and issues that Final Cut users may face, and possible solutions. Some of the issues are somewhat vague and hard to diagnose- and users often use the word "buggy" to describe any behavior in Final Cut that is non-standard, strange or erratic. There are also specific issues and for those we'll list specific solutions to try.

Proper Software/Hardware Configurations

To start, it's important to know if your computer system is capable of running the version of Final Cut Pro or the entire Final Cut Studio suite of applications you wish to use. If your computer hardware and/or software does not meet the minimum tech specs, you could encounter problems installing Final Cut Pro or Final Cut Studio. Even if Final Cut Studio does install, you could run into different issues while working in one of the Studio applications.
