This is D56's AXEL'S COSTUME SHOP MODEL #4022811 (2012). It is retired and very rare as it was only available for 1 year. This is in excellent condition, all the lights work. The only flaw is some flaking on the back, likely due to the cord rubbing against it when boxed. Easy to fix with a few strokes of paint. Original box in very good condition with minor shelf wear.
