Incredible sculpture. Classic WWII aviator with the legit boots, parachute on back, goggles, the hands and the face are grit. This sculpture captures a man, a soldier, moment in history and every detail nails the reality it captures.
It must have been dropped badly, the statue was damaged on the back side of his boots. There seems to have been a blow that literally took the back side of his boots off, poor guy. The damage is not at all visible from the front view, and the dark material also hides it.
An incredibly cool small sculpture, perfect on a display shelf. The details Garmen carved into this tell a story.
Price reflects the damage to the backside of boots.
