very nice estate piece 10 karat white gold gold has been looked over by a Goldsmith and has been acid tested as well. Oval star sapphire is synthetic with two accent diamonds one on each side one diamond is darker than the other. I recently had the prong replaced on one side. There is a tiny bit of solder that is shown on that side of the prong.
Size is roughly 7 3/4
Band is a little thicker
Weighs 5 grams
This could be worn by either of man or woman
This piece is vintage and has been buffed by a Goldsmith, but due to its age, the band does have some light marks due to use
