This is a nice genuine blue diamond Monroe, tragus, labret lip ear. The diamond size is 2.6mm and is .06ct. The diamond is real and was mined from the ground. It is not fake, manmade, synthetic, coated, infused, color evaporated or dyed. It does have blue sparkles!! It is in surgical steel 316L. It is 16 gauge.
