Basically new except 2 parts (pic 6-12 show those 2 parts). Bought brand new, once opened I realized it had missing a ruler as well as the upper body had some major paint defect. I had another of the same figure so just switched those parts although some wear/broken and glued on those parts, everything shown in pictures. Besides all of that, everything seems to be fine.
