Features a sleeveless surplice bodice topped with pink velvet bows on each shoulder, wide empire waist, plus a short tiered full circle skirt with ruffle flounce hem and finished off with the most adorable ric rac trim. Comes in bubblegum pink with colorful flowers all over. Made from a delicate very sheer gauzy cotton. Back metal zipper closure. Plenty of room to add a crinoline.
