Outer jacket with no writing, markings, punch holes, or cut outs. Spine is worn and showing signs of splitting. Top seam neatly split about 3 at insertion side. Original inner with lyrics. Record has been cleaned and appears VG+ with few superficial markings visible that do not seem to affect play. Record spot plays clean and clear
