Vintage MCM large wood dolls; European clothed.

The dolls are sold as set only with a boy and girl. The boy has a flat pill box like hat with a black or navy fringe. Both faces are a peach color. He has cloth white sleeves, no hands/arms. Trims, etc... for whatever country they represent. The boy may have suede hair. Small black triangle eyes and small mouth. The girl has draped cloth with band hat, brown hair with braids, frilly top cuff and billowy sleeves like male. She wears a dress with blue cloth front, red painted bottom wood and white at bottom. Unusual to find large MCM wood dolls in this style that survived. Good condition for age. On male, the fringe can have stringiness in the fringe due to age/use. Dusty on top of hat, some orange and brown spots on right arm sleeve. Both sleeve positions are not symmetrical; made that way. The wood blue bottom part has scuffs on backside, maybe horizontal nicks and maybe a few stuck on clump scuffs. Some wood nicks on top red maybe, made that way; see pics. Some brown stain spots.
