Cosmetics are in great condition, and I added a little extra stuffing to the cotton Candy to perfect it. Works perfectly, new, has box, and will be shipped asap. I don't recall him having his instructions as it was bought opened. He was rarely used. Note that shipping is as low as I can get it, and due to sheer size Mercari ill probably end up having to pay some on my own end.
