Very strong VDB on reverse very low mintage not authorized by Congress for Victor David Brenner‘s initials to be on this coin which accounts for the very low mintage NO initials on the remainder of the 1909 wheat pennies initials approved only years later 1918. The initials are under the shoulder of Abraham Lincoln even now to date excellent collectors item good addition to the collection.
