This is a size 4T- garden fairy dress made by Twinkie Tush.
I can not remember the name. But it was a favorite! Beautiful soft cotton jersey colorful material
Condition: stain is visible when inside out only- please see pics. No other issues- super fun Fourth of July dress! Happy Birthday America (hand made right here in New York!)
