This is a gorgeous, bright yellow vintage skirt from Ichiri-ya, with a divine presence.
The lovely embroidery and sequin embellishments are also charming.

The surface is 100% linen, but it's not at all rough. It has a smooth, lustrous, and firm texture, exuding high quality.
