Signed first edition, first printing hardcover copy of Sage by Colonel Jerry Sage (Tobey Publishing, 1985). Military autobiography of the O.S.S. Colonel known as “Dagger”. His special and covert operations in WWI, Vietnam and Korean War earned him respect and distinguishing awards. Signed and inscribed by author on title page. Jacket now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with mild rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges - including chipping, creasing and small tears. A few instances of mildly split binding though spine is straight and binding remains quite strong on the whole. Outer edges of text block faintly wavy, likely due to mild humidity exposure, otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked. See photos for condition.
