EARLY Felicity's Meet Accessories are either still new in package, or like new. Her white cotton round-eared mob cap is a FIRST RELEASE and is tagged Pleasant Company 1989. Cap has a pleated ruffle at the front, and a thin maroon ribbon with a bow. The choker beaded necklace has a hook clasp at the back. Also included are new in package - two thin white woven garters with red embroidery of dots, lines and text; the text reads, Wove with love for Lissie 1774. A card with the following text is included: Mrs. Merriman wove these garters for Felicity. Tie them in a pretty bow around her stockings just above her knees. There is also a replica of a colonial bit (also new in package, dated 1991), worth 12.5 cents. It comes on a card to hold it; the card discusses how it was made (cutting a Spanish dollare (or more accurately, dólar,) into eight pieces), how it was the most popular coin in Virginia, and how later the dollare led to the name of the American dollar.
