Yes, the *package* does say NiteIze, the Chinese version - BUT WAIT - these were packaged in 2010, when the chips were still made in the USA and manufacturing had not yet moved to China. Because of the unique time and place these were produced, glovers missed these when they gathered up all the old package Emissive Inovas (see comparison package).
