Beautiful sun Bonnet Sue Quilt Topper is hand sewn in middle of squares and peddle sewn on edges. The sun bonnet squares are on a light blue, pre 1957 100% cotton muslin sheet. The tag of the sheet says 81 double. My measurements I took are 78 inches
