Brand new, stored in a closet since purchase, taken out for photos.
This is a fan made/designed backpack by user lizardtown on twitter.
It is a very nice backpack with a good weight and feel to it, was tempted to keep it but I'm not a big FFXIV fan anymore.
don't have the exact measurements but I assume the pink version is about the same size, so I'll include those details from that listing.

The medium size is not too small and not too big- perfect for everyday use when you need to carry a bit more than just the necessities. For example, the backpack will comfortably fit a full size Nintendo Switch, a 10 iPad, and most standard size paperback books.
