Preowned. Tested. When pushing the button, it does make noise, but doesn't change voice. Not Working properly. Requires 3 AAA batteries (not included). Helmet in good condition. Used for display only. A few small scratches noted. Includes box, box in fair condition. Shows some wear around edges and corners. Helmet does not fit well back into the box for some reason.
