framed art print Early 20th century vintage

Hello, I am selling a Early 20th century rare vintage art, Of little children playing. Size is 20×17 Framed By a unique gold frame. Had it looked at By a professional art expert, and was told that it's possibly done by a early 20th century artist. We never looked on the inside of the frame to avoid damaging it, however I was told that some 20th century artist signed the back. the condition of the frame and art peace is in excellent condition with absolutely no sign of damage.
