How to use:
1. Apply SunControl 30 minutes before heading outside, making sure to cover your ears, neck, and hands (Head & Hands).
2. Determine your skin tone from the five available options.
3. Measure the sun’s intensity with the UV sensor.
4. Refer to the chart to find your safe sun exposure time based on the sun’s strength and your skin tone.
