excellent features including: a Cape, with underarm straps, Sleeve grommets, a large vented back opening with
reinforced stitching and grommets for closure, (Perfect for horse-riding. The front has two large deep pockets with flaps,
and a snap tab closure for the neck in bad weather. The inside of the coat has two leg straps for the legs to keep the
wind from lifting the sides of the coat. There is a interior pocket with a zipper for valuables and a large open pocket on
the opposite side. This coat offers protection from the wind and rain as well as warmth for cooler weather. It is also
