Skylanders Giants Whirlwind Chill Error factory boxed.
This is not a reseal. The front also shows Chill with blue lips and on the back with red lips. I'm sure someone who is a collector can verify, know how to verify this, or has easy access to get authentication. It's an old Skylander piece I had sitting in a bin. I found it at a store long ago, purchased, and put in a toy bin. Unfortunately, the factory seal did not last, but it's still hanging on with what's left. If you need more pictures, please let me know. I'll take more for you and edit the listing due to all use maximum pictures allowed.
