This machine is used, so it does have some cosmetic wear, but it works absolutely fantastic. I purchased it brand new about 4 years ago from a local vacuum cleaner shop, and it has been a fantastic vacuum. I do have a cat, and this machine has always worked great for cleaning up his hair. It's very quiet, powerful, and lightweight. The only cons are that the dirt cup gets full rather fast, and emptying it makes a bit of a mess.
