This is a long-term stock item from a stationery store. Although unused, there is some rust on the plated parts due to storage.
This is a discontinued Pilot mechanical pencil. It features a double spring mechanism similar to the High Mecha Holder, but its tip is not designed for drafting, which gives it a different character.
The price label is faded, but the one behind the clip is fine.
These items are surprisingly scarce, appearing less frequently than the High Mecha Holder.
