It comes with carrying case and battery charger and plug in cable, and 2 tapes.
Also, it comes with 2 batteries. (These batteries are old for their age, so I do expect them to not hold a charge for very long.)
Camera has been tested for playback on videos and does work. Batteries have been charged and charger does work, however I would advise on a new battery as the JVC battery does not last long due to age.
