This dress has a flair/flare for drama! Gorgeous black velvet lace overlay. Fitted bodice features princess seams/faux boning & accordion pleated chiffon details at waist for an ultra feminine fit. Hidden back zipper (mannequin fit doesn’t allow, but back zips all the way up) with hook & eye closure. Satin lining. Hi-lo mermaid hemline is so unique! Dress is not stretchy but does have some give for a great fit! Excellent condition.
