You are considering a very nice ORIGINAL and VINTAGE watercolor painting of an old Victorian brick home in winter as painted by Tony Sway (American, 20th century). The artist’s card on verso of painting shows him to have been from Massillon, Ohio, and the painting was framed nicely in Minerva, Ohio. Sway was clearly talented and this work has lots of colorful detail. The painting is in a very nice wood frame with reddish highlights, double-matted, and protected under non-reflective plexiglass. The visible art measures 9” by 13” while the frame is 16” by 20” and both ate in VERY NICE VINTAGE condition!
