these are promotional items that used to get hung in a record store to promote an album called album flats
The dimensions are 12” x 12”, Same size of the cover of an album. Usually two-sided and sometimes they have nothing to do with the album themselves. They’ll usually have-Promotional Use tags on them.
By 1996, compact discs and cassettes were out selling vinyl. record companies started scaling back on promotional items for record stores, for vinyl.
So album flat and promotional items became a thing of the past. Were printed rarely.
There are album flat out there right now selling for 200 for Pantera but none of them are for this album, probably the most unpopular album in their catalog!
I have the CFH and FBD flats too-only have extras of this.
