Born in 1928 in Badalona, near Barcelona. In 1938, arrived in France. In Spain, this is civil war. Lives in Perpignan, where he attended evening classes at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts. In these postwar years, he rules a stimulating cultural effervescence.In 1950 went to Paris. He studied at the Academie de la Grande Chaumiere and frequent painters: Cueco, Clave, Rebeyrolle, Buffet, Valls, Arroyo and many others.
