For those not familiar with the not-for-resale copies what I've found that seems true is there were not many made for Banjo Tooie and as the name implies they were never intended to be sold but instead they were probably for rent copies of the game. At least some originally had a large not-for-resale sticker on the back which may explain why theirs a chunk of the back sticker torn off many NFR Copies.
Details:
Sometime during April of 2023, I disassembled the cartridge for inspection - some rust was forming on the RF shielding and the pins were a little dirty.
I have done my best to clean the pins(which were fairly clean to begin with)
,clean up the rusted areas(their was not a lot of rust), and clean the stickers while avoiding further Damage.
