ILLIO GIANNACCINI WAS KNOWN FOR HIS LANDSCAPES AND FIGURATIVES. HE STUDIED IN ART ROME AND EXHIBITED THERE AND IN GENOA.
BORN IN ROME ON JUNE 28, 1897. A PUPIL OF THE ACADEMY OF HIS CITY, HE PARTICIPATED IN THE COMPETITION ANNOUNCED BY THE OPERA HOUSE FOR THE SCENED OF WILLIAM TELL . IN 1932 HE HELD A SUCCESSFUL SOLO SHOW IN GENOA, IN WHICH HIS SENSITIVITY AS A WARM, SERENE AND ELEGANT COLORIST WAS NOTED.
ANOTHER SOLO SHOW AT THE GALLERIA ROTTA IN 1934 CONFIRMED CRITICAL SUCCESS AND THUS AT THE GALLERIA GERI IN MILAN IN THE SAME YEAR.
