This wonderful handmade bear was purchased at Pockrandt's Shop that was in Oscoda, Michigan many years ago.
The bear was made by Tracie Eitniear. I have tried to reach out to her and or find her to no avail. Beautifully hand sewn. He is fully jointed.

On the opposite side hand written: I am the Wurtsmith Air Force Base closure bear. This has been a long year and I am very tired. I need a good home and tender care (with a paw print) .
He is a gorgeous bear that has a sling leather bag on its back with a correctly folded American Flag.
HIs necktie is a red, white and blue ribbon bow.
