This is a Dresden figurine of a ballerina In a pose. As is usual with these lace figurines, over time, some of the delicate lace is lost. There is one obvious spot ( see photo) and maybe one along one edge of her dress. I can't be sure. But I'm mentioning it just in case, and I took a photo of it, too. There are tiny flowers attached in various places on the dress.
The details of her facial features are lovely. It would make a nice addition to your collection, or the start of one! I would be happy to take more photos if requested.
