From the 1890s it's marked on the inside JMFco (4th photo).

The J.M. Fisher Company was founded in Attleboro Mass. and made lockets, gold filled jewelry, sterling silver jewelry and other objects of virtue .
One of the rhinestones is missing the other smaller rhinestone has darkened but is still present.
