This is a headphone amplifier designed by NwAvGuy, a rare MayFlower product in Japan.
I personally bought it in the US.
I bought two, but ended up only using one, so I'm selling the other one.
It has been tested and confirmed to be in working condition.
*NOTE: I will include the original AC-AC adapter that came with it (shown in the 8th picture), but since it is for US specifications, it may not be compatible for use in Japan. It is recommended to purchase a suitable adapter from a specialist store. I personally modified the power source of a YAMAHA mixer to use a 19V AC-AC adapter.
Also, the original exterior quality may not be very high, as there are some minor paint scratches.
There are a few areas with slight paint chipping, similar to what is shown in the 7th picture.
The sound quality is excellent.
