House is in really good condition for being over 35 years old, inside stickers are great. The only flaw I can find is a small water stain spot on one corner of the base.
This was one of the last models in the production of the Play Family House by Fisher Price, this model came out in 1986, Its a brown and white traditional 2-story house with a brown plastic roof and a masonite (wood) base. The house has a blue plastic chimney one one side, and an attached garage on the other side with a blue garage door that rolls up and down. The front has 4 squared open windows, a blue front door that opens and closes.
This item is in good condition for being over 35 years old and not many of these around anymore.
