I am selling this charming and unique barware accessory. A small ceramic barrel or keg with wooden tap resting in a wooden cradle that holds 6 tiny matching ceramic mugs. The barrel is off-white with painted hearts and multi-colored dots and craquelé finish. A black cat is painted above the tap. Brand sticker Handarbeit means handmade in German. Robber stopper is labelled ENORM. Mugs have handles and multi-colored dots. The cradle is lacquered and etched with a leaf, grape and vine design.
Definitely vintage and mid-century, likely from the 1960s. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or discoloration. The glaze shows some cracking as is typical of ceramic of this age. There are a few small nicks on the edge of one side of the cradle.
