This is a vintage TONKA Green Pressed Steel SMOKEY THE BEAR Forest Service Super Thrust Stake Truck that dates back to the early 1970’s. This measures approx. 9” in length. Overall, this is in good shape for its age. No major cosmetic flaws. It does show a fair amount of surface wear from age & normal usage. It also has a couple spots of rust/oxidation but nothing that is excessive. The plastic windows are intact with no cracks or breaks but they show a fair amount of scratches. The Smokey The Bear stickers are still there but both show wear with one side showing considerably more. The grey metal stakes on the back are missing the front & back parts. The back raises & lowers properly and stays in the upright position on its own. The wheels roll well. Great restoration project candidate.
