This is a RTR rescue, the original dress was a high low skirt, there was a large tear near the hem, I had my tailor take it up enough to cover the tear and keep somewhat of the high low feature. Skirt has a couple of small runs shown in pics, very hard to tell from the dress design. Has pockets!
