A Vintage Department 56 Dickens' Village Chancery Corner Gift Set it includes The set included a porcelain building, two sisal trees, two fence sections with a gate, a walkway, a birdbath, and a bag of fresh fallen snow. Only flaw is the birdhouse is missing when I opened it. Found at an estate sale review all photos zooming in. No chips or crack just missing the birdhouse & snow was never open. A light kit is included just not sure it’s original to the piece. A must have for any collector of Vintage dept 56 Christmas Village house memorabilia.
