Preowned. This figure is known to have quality control issues. Known to have problems with stars not securely fitting. I do have that problem with mine, though I had her displayed since 2023, I haven't had any issues with them falling out even after multiple earthquakes. However, if you move her around, or try to adjust her, the stars do fall out.
Issues: Shiny lines visible only under certain lighting, sculpt specs, dirt/markings, paint chip that blends in with the hair when shined on, poor paint job, Gaps when placing her, Yellow Pale tone compared to their promo pictures (discoloration? Not sure since that's how I got it - new from ami). Some parts not secure but I put museum putty in the area to stabilized it. I will pack up museum putty for you so you can securely fit the parts together. Box has a dent/crease/wears.
Despite all these issues, I found her to be adorable figure, but that's just me also used to these type of quality figures from bad manufacturers.
