Fraying on interior, brim, and minor areas of exterior. Dirt/grime and possible stains on inner band (where hat meets head) from wear as well as some areas of brim/bill (top and bottom). Strap and clasp are intact and working. Clasp has discoloration. Overall hat is in good shape, structurally sound with no major signs of deterioration.
