Custom Prom Dress!! I would say this is a very elegant dress it’s Royal Blue with silver embellishments on the front chest area. The dress crosses around the neck and clips in the back. Dress does have a little ruffle on the butt area to give it a nice look. The dress is form fitting, the top is a satin/silk material and the bottom is a nice stretchy material. The dress could do a female with a small or medium chest size it was plenty of room and it’s nothing wrong with showing a little skin. I paid 1500 for this dress willing to give it up for 750. I only wore it once for my senior prom 2016.
