This Moist Heat Therapy Mitt - Model 5110 is perfect to warm up your hands on a cold day or to relieve hands from arthritic pain, soreness or stiffness. The mitten has 2 gel packs inside and it has an inner soft liner. The mitten can be warmed up simply by microwaving it for 30secs to 1minute (start with 30 second and don’t overheat) heat would last about 30 min to an hour.
