An MCM Drum Barrel Shade
It's wrapped in a plastic or vinyl material similar to what some thinner tablecloths are made of.
The main color is a cream or off-white with gold colored ornate fabric trim on both the top and bottom.

IMPERFECTIONS: Lots of various amount of staining throughout the inside and outer part of the shade Unsure if all of these can be removed or cleaned up. Some small pinholes in various spots. The gold colored trim is frayed in some areas. A portion of the inside of the shade, where the bottom trim is, is pulling away and will need to be glued? back down. Some of the coloring on the metal frame has worn away. There is an odor from the home it was acquired from. It isn't a smell like smoke but, more of a light perfume-y smell.
