1. The box states that her birthday is December 15, 1997 but her tush tag says 1993
2. Ty, Inc headquarters is located in Oak Brook, Illinois but the words Oak Brook is misspelled on Tush tag and was printed with “OAKBROOK” (all one word).
3 Manufactured for McDonald @ Ty, Inc. OAKBROOK, IL U.S.A. , the words Oak Brook is misspelled and was printed Oakbrook instead of Oak Brook

Package is sealed and bear has never been removed .
There is a small rip in the cardboard in about the middle of the package, right under the BR in Britannia. It is hard to see.. Item has been discounted to reflect damage.
