This is a popular Seabees item made from cotton satin, a material that is becoming increasingly scarce in the market.
The hem and sleeves are frayed and have become fringed, giving it a vintage look.
SEABEES originated from the idea of using the military to complete construction projects such as airfield construction. The name comes from the initials C and B of Construction Battalion, and Seabees was chosen to convey the hard-working nature of the Navy.
