This beautiful tea cup and saucer set would be just the perfect gift for that wonderful tea lover you know!
This tea cup and saucer set was made by Aynsley, Staffordshire, England. It is a beautifully made cup and saucer set made of elegant bone china.
The white bone china was coated in a white glaze. The pattern was applied.
The pattern is afully blossomed roses and their buds in shades of pink inside the cup and mint green on the outside. A thin gold band was hand painted on the rim of the saucer, the rim and foot of the cup and outlines the handle on the cup.
Both pieces are marked on the underside of the base with the Aynsley backstamp. The cup is also marked by the potter in gold with the pattern number.
Both pieces in this set are in excellent vintage condition. This set is in mint condition.
