Vintage Victorian punch paper Motto sampler

Antique Victorian punch paper Motto sampler stating the fifth commandment: “Honor thy Father and thy Mother.” Sampler measures 11 3/4 H X 9 3/4 W X 5/8 D. Threads are shades of red and green and overall, sampler is in good condition. Three pieces of thread are missing from the “letter “h” in Mother (see photo). There are small discolorations/stains on the paper at the center bottom, top left and top center. Foil backing/underlay adds shine. The frame appears to be wood with a celluloid coating giving a “marled” or faux graining appearance to the frame. There are small chips in all four corners of the frame (see photos). The back is covered in brown paper, and there appears to be an inventory number written on the top left. Wire hanger is attached.
